I have been engaged by Leeds City Council Public Rights of Way Service as a consultant to assist with processing public path order applications.
Please find attached a consultation letter and plans for a proposed public path order to divert and improve part of Leeds Footpath 17 between Otley Road and Church Lane, Adel.
